Interhealth Canada provides elective orthopaedic surgery for NHS patients at Runcorn and until recently at Kidderminster under the government's Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) initiative. Any patient registered with a GP in England can choose to be referred to one of our centres and treated free of charge. Interhealth Canada have developed their service to meet the needs of patients, and the key features of our service include:

Single outpatient appointment or 'one stop shop'. Most patients will see the consultant and have all pre-operative assessments and diagnostics undertaken in a single visit.
Surgery available within six weeks of referral by GP for most patients
No MRSA or CDiff
Excellent clinical outcomes
All surgery is performed by consultant grade surgeons, who have trained at leading European Hospitals
Very high levels of patient satisfaction
Free parking, TV and local telephone calls for patients
